One of the few things we might all agree on is if you knock on my door at 11pm and back away from the keyhole, im having my pistol ready to go... i know many of you would too. That means this cop would murder all of us.
Also, a question worth posing. Will the nra defend this? I haven't checked if this dude legally owned the gun, but the rest of the case seems to violate the ability to own a gun
