Just got a message from Corlbe Ervin, a 6-foot-3 point guard from Connors State (OK) for 2015, that he committed following his official visit to K-State over the weekend. He's about to board a plane to go home so my hope is to get him on the phone later tonight. A story will come, but I wanted to break the news here first. Ervin averaged 15.9 points, 6.1 rebounds and 8.3 assists in 32 games this season.
With Ervin's commitment, and the likely signings of him and point guard Kamau Stokes, K-State still has one scholarship available for next season.
