The two areas are the the Grand Mere and Lee Miller Parkway areas. I've at least driven through both so I have a general feel for both but as someone who doesn't live in Kansas I wondered if some of the locals have some insight into the two areas and maybe some hidden positives or negative on each that I might not think of.
