Somebody had posted that Cox Brothers BBQ had the old Hibachi Hut gumbo recipe but with chicken and sausage instead of seafood. So of course I had to try it.
It is not even close to the old dark rue wonderfully tasting Hibachi Hut gumbo. Very disappointed
