We all know the crazy stat that we haven't had a DB record an interception all year, and even all the way back to the OU game last year, but here is a crazy stat from yesterday's game that perfectly sums up our terrible pass D right now:
We didn't have one pass breakup in the game and they attempted 43 passes. On the flip side, they had 9 pass breakups on our 42 pass attempts (which was wayyy too many pass attempts, but I digress) and one INT. They completed 33 of 43 passes, which is good for 77%. I just can't believe we didn't have even one pass breakup in 43 passes.
The sad thing is, our run D was probably worse than our pass D, as they ran for 296 yards.
