I really hope this staff turns it around namely Dana Dimel. What if he doesn't?
As a fan base we will be calling for his head and frankly some of us are already wanting a change in guard. Taking yourself out of a fan role, what happens? Will Snyder encourage him to move on at the end of the season? Are we stuck with him until his son graduates? Either way we are stuck with him until the end of the season, I don't believe Snyder has ever let a coach go mid-season.
