I'm guessing that roughly 50% of K-State fans expect Tanner Wood to earn the starting spot at D-end and Matt Seiwert to earn the starting D-tackle spot (opposite Jordan Willis & Will Geary).
It's probably happened before, but I can't remember two players from the same small town in Kansas starting together at the same time on defense (or offense). I believe Conway Springs has roughly 1,500 people.
Though, both players will most assurdely be part of the rotation, it's hard to say if they will both earn starting spots.
Reggie Walker may have something to say about who starts.
Actually, the surprise starter could be Davis Clark.
Haven't heard one word about Olomua?
Jordon Robertson could impress some coaches and teammates upon arrival as a true freshman... Jordon already has good size at 6'4" - 255.
Seiwert will need to hold off Settles, Dishon, and Price (Price = summer).
Unfortunately, the competition for the D-tackle spot doesn't seem to have the same degree of quality as K-State has at the D-end spot.
If Price is half as good as he is confident, he could make some noise upon arrival.
Starting D-Line (my guess, pre-spring game):
Jordan Willis, Will Geary, Matt Seiwert, Reggie Walker (just have a good feeling about Reggie).
GO STATE !
