Last and definately least, how does KU keep Beaty? If he does win a few games aren't they forced to give him another season? He has about a 1% chance to ever get them to a bowl game and 99% chance of setting them back even farther. I'm happy to see him stay, but its mind boggling. Maybe they are scared of the unknown. Has a program ever been lower? They are contemplating whether they can beat Nichols in the opener next year.
