Well sort of.

With their win over Larned on Saturday night, St. John High School set a new Kansas high school record with 63 straight wins. This record, which Wade was a huge part of, passed the old record of 62 straight wins by Perry Ellis' Wichita Heights in 2010-2012.

I linked a nice story about the St.John program. Of note in that story it states that Kade Kinnamon, who is now a sophmore student at K-State will be walking on to the K-State team next year.

Also of note in the story... Hoxie High School just won their 99th straight girls basketball game. A state record too. Hoxie is coached by the mother of Jayce Capra-Hoyt one of K-State's assistant basketball coaches.
