I'm not really seeing any denial but more rhetoric from ku people along the lines of their ISU victory lots of bad calls over the course of the game etc. I'll get to this later.
The number 1 thing I'm hearing is ku would have won in OT. Reeeeeallly? We out scored them by 12 in the second half our offense was clicking, so if their argument is there is no way the refs would have let us win in OT I think that is a feasible argument, but evidence on the court momentum was in our favor.
Number two problem, why do they keep assuming it would have gone to OT? When the initial travel occurred their was still 2.5 seconds remaining. Officials could have determined the time remaining (maybe). I'm skeptical of this as well however as when they looked at our shot clock violation again not only was he going up he had already released the ball with 1 left on the clock and the other official had called a foul. Maddening
