Delay Phone Ap

I listen to the game on a radio at the stadium. Im tired of the wires. Looking for either a blue tooth adapter to go in radio jack OR, can I stream and make a delay radio ap work on my phone? We have a delay radio for TV for away games and works great. End result is I want to use wireless earbuds. Can anyone help??
