that DJ has only suffered a minor set-back with his boot.

For K-State to have a really good season, the CATS need minutes from DJ.

In addition to the "off the court" turmoil last season, the absence of DJ was no small matter.
I truly believe K-State would have won 3 to 6 more games last season had DJ been available.

I believe K-State beats Tennessee, Georgia, Texas Southern, Texas, West Virginia (possibly twice)... and
doesn't lose to TCU in the first round of the Big 12 tourney by 2 with a healthy DJ.

In short, K-State might have been a tournament team last year had DJ been available (at worse = NIT).

"IF" DJ's foot does not hold up this season, K-State will likely end up losing 3 to 6 games that the CATS could have won, had DJ been available.

I appreciate Budke's high energy and he gives it his all... but his God given size and athleticism limits his effectiveness. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy Budke is a CAT... but it is what it is.

GO STATE !!
