Reed was on Sports Radio 810 this morning at Big 12 Media Days and was asked about the potential of the defensive backfield with the amount of experience returning.
"Obviously we have to go out there and show it, but we look really good right now," Reed said in the interview. "Duke Shelley, on the opposite side of me, he's going to be really good. We just have to stay healthy. Kendall Adams is going to have a really good season as well."
"And then the other safety spot is wide open. Denzel Goolsby looks good, as well as Elijah Walker who just came and he looks good."
