We play really well early in the season, have a league record of 42 and 10 or whatever it may be against non-league teams, it earns really high RPI values, then, they sit and play each other for 3 months living on of the high RPI numbers, other schools are getting better but their RPI's can't go up enough because their league RPI is low, then we hit the tourney and discover that the other leagues have really improved teams, and ours really haven't... About the only way I can describe it and explain why it seems the big 12 does do much in the tourney. Maybe this year is different, but Baylor kind of set a tone yesterday that we have seen within the big 12 a lot lately when it come to the field of 64
