The USA would facilitate the development of an Arab union similar to NATO. On the surface, especially with the USA almost energy dependent, this could be a stabilizing union. If Trump and Tillerson could create an Arab rich group that provides peace and reduces terrorism, refugees, and regime change they deserve a PEACE PRIZE.
