OK....the Polasek thread got me thinking. If you were in charge and could assemble a staff under Klieman...how would you put it together? For the sake of the thread, let's keep them somewhat realistic (i.e. no choosing a coach who is currently a coordinator for a position coach job; lateral moves or promotions only). I'll start but I haven't given it a ton of thought.
