There were at least three outright dropped interceptions by OU (the first drive, early in the second half, and when Joe came back in in the 4th).
There were at least three other throws where the defender had position and the CAT receiver turned into the Defender and knocked the ball out of the OU DB's hands.
So, it could have been significantly worse. Despite that, Hubener's ESPN QBR was 6.9 and Cook's was 0.6. Mayfield and Knight both had QBRs above 95.
