I've been on the fence about a Snyder change this game putting me solidly on its time camp. Keep hearing how uncharacteristic it is for us to make dumb mistakes and penalties sorry, it's very characteristic. Discipline is lacking and we don't make the right coaching calls time after time after time. We are at best a middle Big 12 team with Snyder and Co and will never be more than that with this group of assistants and a coach unwilling to adjust. Time for change.
