Was reading an article earlier about Baylor's coaching staff. Apparently, Herman was Candidate #1 (fat chance) and now they have soured on Chad Morris from SMU after they gave up 70+ to Navy this past weekend (plus, apparently, he is waiting on aTm to fire Sumlin so he can move back to College Station and take over at his alma mater...fatter chance). They love McIntyre from Colorado (fatest chance). They now mention Fedora from UNC as a new candidate, might be ready to move on from UNC after their home loss this past weekend. But these rumblings weren't what prompted me to post this...

Baylor lost another recruit from the class of 2017 and have 1 (Uno, the number between 0 and 2, etc) recruit remaining for this upcoming class, a 3 star CB. The Houston recruits that say they are staying with the Cougs have a catchy name (Band17ofBrothers)...this dude is a solo act.

Add in to the fact they have 30 seniors on the roster, and I imagine they will have a few Juniors (KD Cannon for one) who will either declare for the draft or graduate&transfer which leads to this question: What was the smallest roster size we had, maybe during Snyder's first year when folks bailed instead of sticking it out? 50 sound about right?

What coach would be willing to come in to this mess and clean it up? Would they look at moving the entire staff (and team) from Blinn Juco to Waco? Is there an available coach out there THAT desperate to re-hab their image and kick-start their career that they would take it? I can't think of one...

I knew it was bad...I could not imagine it was that bad. It is almost death penalty level...
