I disagree with his gut check game and his trap game. @ Texas is our gut check game, and it's not because I think they're going to be great. It's the first away game and early in the season. Win that game and you set yourself up well, but lose and there's little hope you can get to the championship game.
The trap game is Texas Tech, not KU. Bill seems to have a knack for making sure his teams don't lose to KU. However, Lubbock can get weird and with matches against WVU and Okie State on the horizon I could see Kliff pulling out some magic.
His final analysis says it all, imo. Win the UT game (the second hardest road game after Okie State) and then all we have to do is split the Oklahoma schools.
