Appreciate a very kind poster for giving me the heads up on this, but it looks as if long snapper David Tullis has been awarded a scholarship.
Seems like a win-win for a lot of people, as somebody who's worked hard in the program (and will likely start) earns a scholarship and it also doesn't cut into anything that can be given out in this class.
