February 23 = official end to BV rumor at least until next December.
If no announcement by next Tuesday, it's officially over for the upcoming 2016 season.
Clemson's spring practice begins on February 29.
Most feel that the rumor has already been put to rest (and these people are probably right...ha).
I still contend that making an announcement shortly after signing day wouldn't have looked good (mostly for Clemson).
Of course some have always doubted the scenario / rumor... despite the secret sources...ha.
Personally, I wanted to believe the rumor so badly, but deep down, I had my doubts.
That said, even today, there is still a small piece of me holding out hope.. ha.ha.
The excitement produced by BV coming to K-State as the d-coordinator/ one year coach in waiting, would be OVER the TOP.
I would immediately go buy my favorite beer and/or wiskey to celebrate...LOL.
