Just got off the phone with the newest 2025 commit, LB Weston Polk, to discuss his decision. Some quick notes (full article coming tomorrow):
-He’s “100% locked into” K-State. He mentioned how some people like to be recruited, but he likes to play football.
-His attention is on “recruiting” other recruits, including CB Leo Almanza, who is a target of K-States.
-This is a really shrewd commitment by K-State. Polk is a legit player, who will see his stock rise during the summer/his senior season. Staff got on him early, which was the difference.
