My 88 yr old mom lives there in north end of town. She called me 730 saying they were evacuating people 4 miles north of town. I told her not worry. Then she calls at 830 saying she's being evacuated. Apparently everyone north of 30th east of Monroe. That's thousands of folks. Telling them to go to South end of town. Fortunately she has church friends taking care of her. Crazy
