I am on the side of the of the "we profusely suck at recruiting" ledger right now. Lack of mission, lack of effort, restricting those willing to try, etc. All very frustrating to watch unfold when decisions are being made this time of year. I read a five page debate between those that seem to agree with me, and those who will forever defend the actions (whether right or wrong) of LHOFHCBS. The rationale utilized to defend present day efforts is now bordering on a "Kool Aid" drinking mentality.
While I am heartbroken to offend my fellow brethren, I believe it is high time you repost your excellent article pertaining to the need for development of a sound succession plan! You hit it on the nail on so many points.
