Look, I find few things more annoying on these boards than people who are fortunate to have amazing jobs (like us) whining about how hard we work. It's not hard work when you love it. We are very, very lucky.
That said, Flando is a monster. He was up until 5 a.m. this morning finishing those videos because he didn't want to wait until the middle of the day and have them seem dated by the time he got them up. Grant is a college kid who's not making any money doing this thing (he doesn't complain, he gets it) and I don't even want to guess how many hours a week he puts in taking care of videos, pods and pictures for this site.
We are just super lucky to have him.
