Florida Antlantic allowed 470 yards rushing (9.1 yards per carry) to Miami last week. One of Miami's backs got 155 yards and another got 121.
This game will be a measuring stick for the K-State running game, which D. Scott has done a good job of pointing out its ineffectiveness as of late.
Also, FAU only rushed for 47 yards, so our defense should have a good chance to dominate the line of scrimmage.

Portion of game article:

Mark Walton became the first Miami running back since 2005 to rush for four touchdowns, leading the No. 25 Miami Hurricanes to a 38-10 victory over Florida Atlantic with a career-high 155 yards rushing on 17 carries.

Fellow back Joe Yearby added 121 yards and a fourth-quarter touchdown on 20 carries.

The Hurricanes (2-0) ended with 470 yards and another dominant defensive showing by holding the Owls (1-1) to 214 yards — 47 of them rushing.
