Under Snyder 2.0 our coaches seem to be lacking in creativity. Can our coaches make the adjustments and changes to benefit our team?

Items that come to mind that need some rethinking:
- RB - I get starting Barnes but if Silmon has the hot hand leave him in. If you have a between the tackles RB in the game don't call an option or stretch play.
- LB - Is our best LB starting? Will we ever see some more playing time or a rotation. Too many times we saw our LBs sinking into cover two unfortunately I don't think our starting LBs have the speed and athleticism to cover in the open field.
- Special Teams - When will we quit utilizing the directional kickoff. I get it the coffin corner has its nickname for a reason. Giving teams that have fast athletic return men a chance to return just doesn't make sense.
- Starting Defense - Already discussed in the LB point to certain degree. I just think that our best 11 are not on the field to this point.
- Play Calling - Across the board we are predictable plain and simple. This some what by design we look like we are in the same formation play in and play out but we can do several things with these looks. Unfortunately our opposing teams are figuring out our tells when we are in these formations. Time to get creative.
