K-Staters show up in droves and support the 'Cats at the conference tournament like the KU fans support the Jayhawks even though the tournament supposedly "means nothing or very little" (Soren Petro) to KU. We had maybe 2/3 of the Sprint Center for the CBE Classic and the place was rocking and the guys played out of their minds against UNC. I'd love to knock off OSU on Wednesday and then have the place be half purple on Thursday for the game against KU. We might just surprise ourselves if this happened. Sadly, I'm afraid it will be Allen Fieldhouse east as some of them like to call it. You could say that this is our NCAA tournament (like it or not) and it is survive and advance each day for us.
