Alright, I'm sure some will be pissed I'm digging up old bones here, but whatever, it's a sports message board and in my mind anything K-State (past or present) is fair game*.

So, was Frank's departure a case of:

(a) An East Coast guy wanting to get back East; he found a spot somewhat centrally-located between wife's family in NY and his family in SoFLA with very low expectations that would throw some $$$ at him...so why not?

(b) There was more to the whole Jamar/DC Assault thing than most of us knew, and Frank had to go (i.e., he was fired by ADJC and told to find something else quickly) in order to avoid bigger problems with the NCAA?

(c) ADJC pushed him out based on personality-conflicts, not thinking he was a good reperesentative of KSU (too many "mother****ers!" or whatever), etc.; in other words, it wasn't a case of saving the program from sanctions, but ADJC and Frank just too different to co-exist?

(d) Something else?

Not trying to start a shitstorm, just honestly curious where people weigh in on this, because I have no freakin' idea where the truth lies.

(*Royals, Chiefs, breasts and alcohol also always fair game.)
