So I got to thinking, now that everyone seems to have eased up on Bruce and likely on board for him trying to retire here.....he's 61. So we're talking about 4 years or so?
Let's say the program continued on the upward trend and we're all happy and we have great momentum in recruiting while Bruce decides to cash it in and retire.
Let's also say that Lowery, Frazier, and Korn are all still around.
Would you consider letting Lowery take over with the remaining staff and adding another assistant for continuity purposes? He's only 45 years old.
