During his post-game press conference HCBS mentioned that making sure the game counted was a factor when considering calling it during the delay. He said that if it was a conference game they would have had to start the second half for it to be counted as a complete game. Is anyone familiar with the specifics of that rule? I assume that if last night would have been a conference game and they could not have resumed it in a reasonable amount of time it would have been declared "suspended" and the game would have been resumed at a later time. Maybe today?
