He gets it. You can really hear it around the 20min mark of his press conference. He gets into culture, fit, successful teacher. He talks about how the best candidate isn't always in the program (SS?) I like him. I think UPGM held back on Weber because he may not be a sports guy. He probably thought Hold off and let the new guy a handle it next a year after he gets his feet wet. ADGTs, wants to be the standard, that's what he did at NDSU.
