Rivals is going to end the gift card promotion at midnight on New Year's Eve, so you do have a couple more days where you could buy somebody a gift sub to KSO and get yourself a $99 gift card.
If you are still waiting on a gift card, I THINK I've responded to everybody but absolutely could have missed a couple. If you have issues on that front at this point I'd hit up subscriptions@rivals.com. They've been able to take care of everybody I've sent their way, I believe.
Going forward I believe Rivals is still going to continue/add some methods to reward existing subs and also give benefits for referring members.
