Their fan base is unreal when it comes to the Big 12 tourney. No matter where you go in this city this week, there are Iowa State fans everywhere. As a fan of the Kansas City tax base, I had to root hard for them to beat UT yesterday, as this must be wonderful for our tourism economy.
