Has Ertz's health affected our passing game?

Seems like we are going downfield more with his throws since Jesse is healthy, but our WR's can't hold on to deeper passes.

Last year we seemed to be more intermediate with his throws....thus are passing game looked like it would take off this season.

I wonder if we should reel it in a bit more to help out our struggling WR's???
