If Kleiman wants to stick out the playoffs, he doesn’t REALLY want to be a major level coach and you move on. Same with Norvell and Brown to a degree with their bowl games.
The 2020 class HAS to be a grand slam class. So much of that class will have to play significant roles as freshman. The talent is available locally, but there is a lot of work to be done. That work starts immediately. Period.
