HDTV Issue

[Powercat-80]

Trying to listen to the presser on KS-HDTV, but when I try to start it I get an error that states:

THIS VIDEO IS NOT ENCODED FOR YOUR DEVICE

Anyone know what that means? I called support but they couldn't readily answer the question and I'm waiting for a response from IT. Is anyone getting the same thing?
