One name that hasn't been brought up anywhere is Joe Bob Clements. I know he is well respected, has rapport with his players and recruits, not a high profile name but I could see him doing well. Maybe Leavitt and bring JBC home as DC? I know people will say well he left to go to a rival, I think he left because he saw the writing on the wall that change needed to be made and the old guard was just drawing a check blocking his mobility upward if he stayed.
