So I'm hiring my intern for this year and I've come across a dilemma...my best candidate is a KU grad. Mind you I live nowhere near Kansas so this came as quite a surprise. This kid was in fact even the mascot at KU for 2 years. I'm sick to my stomach. What should I do here people?!
(Also this post is a bit tongue in cheek as I will always hire the best candidate for the job no matter their terrible terrible college choice...I just might make them take notes on K-State paper and never wear KU things in the office)
