Desousa was suspended for 18-19 and 19-20 because his guardian agreed to take $20,000 to get him to KU. The appeal shortened the penalty. They didn't overturn the violation, they just decided he was punished enough. Am I correct on this?
My argument is the NCAA still says there was a violation and can hand out sanctions to KU because of it.
