Starting paying attention to the football team at the young age of 8 in 1996. Mostly paying attention to my two favorite players Mario Smith, and Kevin Lockett.
My dad worked at Ag Press where they printed the media guides and other sports information, so I always got them for free. I still love pouring over them.
I would say the first year i started really paying attention and was really invested was 2001. Then in maybe 2004/05 could really follow every aspect of them game and started paying attention to recruiting and all the back up players.
Family would usually get tickets to the cupcakes at the beginning of the season. (At least I got to see Gramatica hit a 65 yarder) First Big game i went to was '02 USC. season tickets from 2006-2011, then most home games after that.
Went to the '06 and '12 bowl games
For basketball I payed attention through the Asbury and Wooldridge years but did not become truly invested until Huggins got here.
Baseball sadly I have only really followed during the 2012 year.
