It's the holiday season and that means most are eating more than their fair share of food...
My question to you is...How do you stay fit & active? Do you play sports still? Do you climb? Do you run? do you ride a bike? Do you have young children to chase?
I myself have a five year old that keeps me on my feet, but I also play in a coed volleyball league, and have for the last seven years. I had never played volleyball before, but have gotten pretty good at it if I may say so, and have really grown to enjoy it.
Edit: I should add that the league is year round.
