How is the Kansas Cosmosphere?

Looking at stopping to take my kids to the Cosmosphere on my way to Sooner land. Haven't been for 25 years.
Is it worth going to?
My kids are pretty young. What ages is it appropriate for?
Is it a full day to go through it or is it just a couple hours?
