Pretty clear the Universities are not going to police themselves and the NCAA has never done much to enforce the rules. At what point are the non-cheaters just idiots for not attempting to compete? Is the moral high ground really that important? Or do conference championships and long tournament runs carry more import? Don't know about you, but i'm more embarrassed than proud that we play by the rules.
