Around the same players... DJ, Carlbe, Hurt, Budke, and Wade.
The minutes for these guys are pretty set. Certain guys HAVE to see the floor, and certain guys HAVE to rest.
At the guard spots, Wes, Justin, and Barry are pretty much maxed out (28-34 mpg). Carlbe gets the left over 15 mpg. No other way around it since Kam went down.
At the forward positions, Dean and DJ give us the best chance at success. They are also maxed out (24-30 mpg). Hurt and Budke get the left over 25 mpg. Again, no other way around it with this roster.
It's clear DJ's max has been set and he isn't going to exceed 25 mpg often. Man, I wish he could go 30 mpg. Anyone think that is a possibility for next year?
I think Dean can play 30 mpg easily and has several times already. Get stronger, healthier, and become a smarter defender in the off season.
