I remember the season before LHCBS retired and how pissed I was with the play calling. Back then, if my memory serves me correctly, we constantly ran the QB draw...I mean, if it were 3rd and 8, you totally knew the QB draw was coming. Good grief was it irritating.
However, after the whole Prince situation, I told myself I would NEVER hope for a new coach...even though I realize LHCBS simply cannot coach forever - duh.
All that said, here I am, so pissed at the play calling in the 2nd half of the past two games. Regardless of all the board noise about who is calling/changing the plays, it doesn't matter. The scheme, the plays, the changes ultimately reside in LHCBS responsibility. WTF am I missing!?
So now what? I still think LHCBS provides us our best chance of success. I'm totally scared about getting a Bruce Weber type hire for our football team (see Nubraska). I think we just have to accept the current brain fart coaching and hope they figure it out...am I being a Nancy? Lemme have it.
