With all this ridiculous head in the sand not addressing the real issues school shooting topic, I thought it would be interesting to see who all would support reducing 1st amendment rights in lieu of or in addition to 2nd amendment rights.
The way I see it, Iphones, Bookface, tweeter, snatch chat, 24 hour cable "news", and all other forms of sensationalized mass communication should be regulated or eliminated.
Iphones/Smart phones---place an age restriction of 21 years old to own and operate. Just like with alcohol, kids need to be more mature to handle their digital devices in a non-destructive way.
Social media--ban it all. What is wrong with good old text messaging and email?
24 hour cable news (yes including Fox)--ban it all. Nightly news and 60 minutes is sufficient.
These sources of information and stimulation are the true cause of the dramatic uptick in depression and inability to develop social skills, and desensitizing minds.
What say you? I would agree with a ban on AR-15s if you posers agree on my idea above. Deal?
