last night, i got within 6 miles of home and had a police officer pulled me over. he said right off that he was giving me a warning. he had me at 71 mph in a 65 zone. asked for my driver's license and registration, then asked if i'd been drinking. does anyone ever say yes? anyway i actually didn't have one ounce of alcohol at all yesterday and of course told the officer i had not been drinking. he said ok, let me run your license. it wasn't long before he brought my license back and said keep it under 70.
i have thought about that all day. is that the extent of checking someone for dui?
