One or two of those Miss State guys in this lawsuit is a major cog in the NCAA's case against ol' Miss.
If the NCAA investigators make their case with the Miss State guy in front of the committee on infractions in regards to Miss and Hugh Freeze. Then bar the door, because it's going to snitch city in the Southeast, and lots of other places.
